QloudRDP Refund Policy

At QloudRDP, we are committed to offering affordable and secure Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) services to our customers. 

 

This Refund Policy tells you the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.

 

General Refund Policy

We know that, from time to time, our customers may require a refund due to a lot of reasons. However, the refunds will only be granted based on the conditions mentioned below. Please carefully go through the following terms to understand your rights.

 

Eligibility for Refund

Subscription-Based Services:

Refunds for subscription-based services are available under the following conditions:

  • First 7 Days: Customers who cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund, provided that the service has not been used or accessed in any way beyond initial testing.
  • After 7 Days: After the first 7 days of service, no refunds will be granted. Any requests for refunds after this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval.

Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions:

Refunds for Monthly & Yearly Subscription are available under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Subscription: If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 7 days of service, a full refund will be given. However, after 7 days, no refunds will be granted.
  • Yearly Subscription: Refunds for yearly subscriptions will only be given if canceled within 7 days of the initial purchase, with a deduction of the cost for the first month of service. However, after 7 days, no refunds are granted for yearly subscriptions.

Unused Resources

For web related resources like CPU/ Storage and Bandwidth, we have the following clause:

  • If a service (such as DDR4 RAM, Bandwidth, SSD NVMe storage) has not been used during the subscription period, you may be eligible for a refund. However, such a refund will only apply if the request is made within the first 7 days of purchase and after verification that the service has not been accessed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

  • Service Interruption due to Client’s Actions: If the service is disrupted due to actions taken by the customer, including but not limited to misuse, violation of terms of service, or configuration errors.
  • Violation of Terms of Service: If the customer breaches any part of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be issued.
  • Service Termination by Customer: If the customer decides to terminate or cancel the service after the initial 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the unused time.
  • Refund Requests After Account Suspension/Termination: If the account has been suspended or terminated for violating our policies, a refund will not be issued, regardless of the time passed since purchase.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@qloudrdp.com with a detailed explanation of your refund request, including your account information and any issues encountered.
  • Include the following information in your refund request:
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Proof of service issues (if applicable)
  • Refund requests must be made via the official support channels within the allowed refund window (within 7 days of the purchase).

Refund Process

Once a refund request has been submitted, it will be processed as follows:

  • Verification: Our support team will verify the request, including reviewing service logs and usage statistics, to determine eligibility for a refund.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: If applicable, a partial refund will be issued based on the usage and subscription duration, less any applicable charges or fees.
  • Currency and Transaction Fees: Refunds may be subject to currency conversion fees and other transaction costs imposed by payment gateways. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargeback Policy

If a chargeback is filed with your payment provider, we will investigate the reason behind the chargeback request. If the chargeback is deemed invalid or the refund request is not in accordance with this policy, we may block the account and take necessary actions to recover any losses incurred. 

We encourage all customers to contact our support team at support@qloudrdp.com before initiating a chargeback, as we are committed to resolving issues directly with our customers.

Free Trials and Discounts

Below are the important Terms and Condition to be kept in mind when using the Free trial and QloudRDP discount options available for the users:

  • Free Trial Period: If you have used a free trial of QloudRDP services, no refunds will be issued for the free trial period.
  • Promotional Discounts: Refunds on services purchased with promotional discounts, vouchers, or coupon codes will be subject to the terms specified in the offer. If a refund is issued, the discount value may be deducted from the total refunded amount.

Pro-Rated Refunds for Service Downtime

Following are the critical points you need to consider:

  • Service Downtime: If QloudRDP experiences downtime or failure in providing services (due to issues on our side), we may issue a pro-rated refund for the duration of the downtime that exceeds 12 hours. Service downtimes due to third-party issues, such as network providers, are excluded from this refund policy.
  • Pro-Rated Refund Calculation: Pro-rated refunds will be calculated based on the actual period of service interruption, using the daily subscription rate.

Refunds for Special Services

Special services, such as custom RDP configurations, one-time setups, or managed services, are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement. Refunds will only be considered if there’s a failure to deliver the agreed-upon service.

Amendments to the Refund Policy

QloudRDP reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. All sorts of changes in the policy will be posted on this page, and the revised policy will apply to all future transactions. Customers are encouraged to review this refund policy on a regular basis to stay informed of any changes.
